r .. <br /> CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 96 - 010 <br /> (1024/1099) <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> AMENDING SECTIONS 2 -624 AND 2 -648 ARTICLE 6, OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> LEANDRO ZONING CODE (A -96 -2) <br /> Recitals <br /> The Planning Commission of the City of San Leandro held a public hearing on <br /> April 26, 1996, and the City Council of the City of San Leandro held a public hearing on <br /> June 3, 1996, for the purpose of reviewing the proposed text amendment and taking <br /> public testimony on the amendment. <br /> Public Notice informing residents of the time and place of the Planning <br /> Commission and City Council public hearings was published in the Daily Review, a local <br /> newspaper, at least 10 days before the Planning Commission and City Council hearings. <br /> The proposed text amendments are consistent with the General Plan of the City of <br /> San Leandro because policies in the General Plan address the provision of protecting <br /> established residential areas from averse impacts of adjacent development. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br /> ORDAIN as follows: <br /> Section 1: Section 2 -624 of the San Leandro Zoning Code is hereby amended to <br /> read as follows: <br /> 2 - 624 Uses Permitted in NA - 2 District <br /> A. Accessory Uses are in conjunction with a permitted use. <br /> B. Banks, Savings and Loans, and Credit Unions. <br /> C. Business Services. <br /> D. Eating and/or Drinking Establishments. <br /> E. Furniture, Electronics and Appliances Sales. <br /> F. Health and Fitness Centers. <br /> G. Instruction and Improvement Services. <br /> H. Maintenance and Repair Services. <br /> • <br /> I. Medical Supply Stores. <br /> J. Neighborhood/Specialty Food Markets. <br /> K. Offices, Business and Professional. <br /> L. Pharmacies. <br /> M. Retail Sales <br />
