ORIGINAL <br /> CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (COUNTY) AGREEMENT <br /> THIS AGREEMENT is made at San Leandro, California, as of September 18, 2000, by <br /> • <br /> and between the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation ( "City "), and COUNTY <br /> OF ALAMEDA ( "County "), who agree as follows: ` <br /> 0 <br /> 1. GRANT. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, County 0 <br /> may expend grant funds for goods and services as described in Exhibit A. County shall fulfill <br /> grant agreement conditions and meet the requirements at the time, place and in the manner <br /> specified in Exhibit A. <br /> 2. PAYMENT. City shall reimburse County for expenditures pursuant to this <br /> Agreement at the time and in the manner set forth in Exhibit B. The reimbursement specified in <br /> Exhibits B and Exhibit B -1 shall be the only payment to be made to County for services <br /> rendered pursuant to this Agreement. County shall submit all billings for said services to City in <br /> the manner specified in Exhibit B; or, if no manner be specified in Exhibit B, then according to <br /> the usual and customary procedures and practices which County uses for billing clients similar to <br /> City. <br /> 3. FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT. Except as set forth in Exhibit C, County <br /> shall, at its sole cost and expense, furnish all facilities and equipment which may be required for <br /> meeting the Grant conditions and requirements pursuant to this Agreement.
