IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -005 <br /> A RESOLUTION REPEALING AND REENACTING <br /> TITLE 4, CHAPTER 2 OF THE SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE <br /> RELATING TO THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE <br /> WHEREAS, the Political Reform Act of 1974 (Government Code Section 81000 et seq.) <br /> requires every government agency to adopt a conflict of interest code and review this code every <br /> two years; <br /> WHEREAS. the City Council is the code reviewing body for the City of San Leandro; <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the amendments to the City's conflict of <br /> interest code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended the adoption of said amendments. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That Title 4, Chapter 2 of the San Leandro Administrative Code relating to the conflict of <br /> interest code, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, is <br /> hereby repealed and reenacted. <br /> That the provisions of this Title shall be effective immediately. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 18th day of January, 2011, <br /> by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak; <br /> Mayor Cassidy (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> V <br /> ATTEST: V ILI/ LLLL'1/1 GL�fLI L� <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
