Self Introductions <br />Members of the Disaster Council introduced themselves and the agencies they represent. <br />2. Report from East Bay Municipal Utilities District on Chabot Dam and Upper San <br />Leandro Reservoir <br />Elizabeth Bialek and Steve Frew from EBMUD gave a presentation on the history of the <br />water distribution services for San Leandro, as well as a brief overview of the plans for <br />seismic strengthening of Chabot Dam (see PowerPoint attached). With regard to emergency <br />preparedness, EBMUD holds annual exercises of its Emergency Plan plus frequent exercises <br />
