IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -001 RDA <br /> RESOLUTION STATING THAT THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO REDEVELOPMENT <br /> AGENCY DID NOT FORGIVE ANY LOANS OWED TO THE AGENCY BY ANY PUBLIC <br /> BODY DURING THE 2011 CALENDAR YEAR <br /> WHEREAS, Assembly Bill 936, effective January 1, 2012, provides that by not later than <br /> February 1, 2012, redevelopment agencies must adopt a resolution stating whether or not during <br /> calendar year 2011, the agency has forgiven any loans, advances or indebtedness owed to the <br /> agency by any public body; <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency ") has not <br /> forgiven any loans, advances or indebtedness owed to the Agency by any public body during <br /> calendar year 2011. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Agency hereby: <br /> 1. Determines that it has not forgiven any loans, advances or indebtedness owed to the <br /> Agency by any public body during calendar year 2011. <br /> 2. Directs the Executive Director to transmit a copy of this Resolution to the City Council <br /> of the City of San Leandro and to the California State Controller. <br /> Introduced by Agency Board Member Souza and passed and adopted this 17th day of <br /> January, 2012, by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Agency Board: <br /> AYES: Members Cutter, Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak; Chair Cassidy (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: Gl/kVk *- <br /> Marian Handa, Agency Secretary <br />
