IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2012 -007 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 -2 -500 OF THE SAN LEANDRO <br /> MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO BUSINESS LICENSE FEES AND THEIR <br /> ANNUAL ADJUSTMENT TO THE CONSUMER PRICE INDEX (CPI) <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as follows: <br /> Section 1.
