IN THE HILLSIDE GEOLOGIC HAZARD ABATEMENT DISTRICT <br /> OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -001 CHAD <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE SAN LEANDRO HILLSIDE GEOLOGIC HAZARD ABATEMENT <br /> DISTRICT APPROVING THE ANNUAL REPORT OF THE SAN LEANDRO HILLSIDE <br /> GEOLOGIC HAZARD ABATEMENT DISTRICT (GHAD) FOR FISCAL YEAR 2011 -12 <br /> WHEREAS, on November 20, 2000 the City Council of the City of San Leandro adopted <br /> Resolution No. 2000 -172, approving the formation of a geologic hazard abatement district for <br /> the San Leandro Hillside area ( "the San Leandro Hillside Geologic Hazard Abatement District" <br /> or "District ") and appointing itself to act as the Board of Directors ( "the Board "); and <br /> WHEREAS, the District Engineer has prepared and filed with the Clerk of the District <br /> and the Clerk of the District has presented to the Board an end -of -year Report for Fiscal Year <br /> 2011 - 2012 (hereafter referred to as the "Report"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board has carefully examined and reviewed the Report as presented, and <br /> is satisfied with each and all of the items and documents as set forth therein; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of the District does resolve as follows: <br /> The Board of the District hereby approves the Report for Fiscal Year 2011 -12. <br /> Introduced by Board Member Cutter and passed and adopted this 16th day of July, 2012, <br /> by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Board: <br /> AYES: Members Cutter, Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak; Chair Cassidy (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: — 1��Gil.a/ -416 <br /> Marian Handa, Clerk of the District <br />
