. <br /> • <br /> IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 96- 166 (1120/ -3r7) <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A QUITCLAIM DEED <br /> FOR A PORTION OF THE PROPERTY AT 1193 ALADDIN AVENUE, <br /> AND APPURTENANT ACCESS EASEMENT, TO THE SAN LEANDRO <br /> REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO PERMIT INSTALLATION OF THE <br /> MARINA BOULEVARD AUTO CENTER READER BOARD SIGN <br /> • Recitals <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has previously approved a letter of intent and <br /> the form of the Disposition and Development Agreement between the San Leandro <br /> Redevelopment Agency and the Batarse Family Trust for the development of the <br /> Marina Boulevard Auto Center; and <br /> WHEREAS, one of the key terms of both the letter of intent and Agreement <br /> was the ability of the Batarse Family Trust to construct a reader board sign to <br /> advertise the Auto Center; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subject property on 1193 Aladdin Avenue is not currently in <br /> use, and is not planned for future use, and is ideal for the location of such reader <br /> board sign. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br /> RESOLVE as follows: <br /> That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the Quitclaim Deed to the <br /> Redevelopment Agency for a portion of the property at 1 193 Aladdin Avenue, and <br /> the appurtenant access easement, a copy of which is attached hereto. <br />
