IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2013-005 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br /> RMC WATER AND ENVIRONMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $345,780 FOR THE <br /> SANITARY SEWER MASTER PLAN PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 2013.0250 <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and RMC Water and <br /> Environment, a copy of which is attached,has been presented to this City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br /> authorized. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Reed and passed and adopted this 22nd day of January, <br /> 2013, by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Lee, Prola, Reed, Souza; Mayor Cassidy (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: 41LL'l `ik <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
