The land <br /> use restrictive covenant placed on the Property shall run with the Property and thus impose <br /> restrictions on all future owners and tenants unless a Notice of Release is executed and recorded <br /> by the City of San Leandro. <br /> AGREEMENT FOR <br /> 2-STORY ADDITION TO SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE <br /> NOW THEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, the OWNER agrees that the first and second <br /> floor additions to the rear of the existing single-family residence are considered part of the <br /> residence and are prohibited from being used in any other manner except as permitted by the <br /> Zoning Code of the City of San Leandro.
