That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows: SAFECO INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA and FIDELITY and DEPOSIT COMPANY OF MARYLAND, 1400 AMERICAN LANE, TOWER 1, 19TH FLOOR, SCHAUMBURG,IL 60196-1056. 3. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the ESTUDILLO CALLAN 2008 PARKING GARAGE, PROJECT NO. 08-962-86-067, of the City of San Leandro designated as Assessor's Parcel Numbers (APN's) 077 0551 064 00; 077 0551 014 00; and 077 0551 067 00, commonly known as Estudillo Parking Garage, is: In Fee. 4. That said work of improvement was accepted as complete by the City Council of the City of San Leandro on the 4TH day of MARCH,2013 by RESOLUTION NO.2013-026.
