SPECIAL MEETING -- City Hall North Offices <br /> City Manager's Large Conference Room <br /> 835 East 14th Street <br /> San Leandro, California <br /> 1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> 2. ROLL CALL <br /> PRESENT: Council Members Galvan, Kerr, Loeffler, Myers, Perry, Polvorosa; <br /> Mayor Corbett <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> 3. CLOSED SESSION <br /> The City Council adjourned to Closed Session in the Public Works Service <br /> Center, Small Conference Room, regarding: <br /> A. Public Employee Performance Evaluation, Government Code <br /> Section 54957. <br /> Title: City Manager <br /> 4. OPEN SESSION <br /> The City Council reconvened in Open Session at 9:40 p.m. <br /> A. Report on Closed Session action taken. <br /> Minute Order No. 95-14. Public Employee Performance Evaluation, <br /> Government Code Section 54957 -- Title: City Manager. <br /> On motion by Council Member Myers, who moved its approval , seconded by <br /> Council Member Perry, and carried by a majority vote (5) , with Mayor <br /> Corbett and Council Member Kerr voting no (2) , the City Council found <br /> and determined that the City Manager's salary shall be adjusted to <br /> provide parity with any salary increase granted to the San Leandro <br /> Management Organization. The City Council found the City Manager' s <br /> performance to be satisfactory in all respects. <br />
