PRESENTATIONS <br /> A. Resolution of Commendation Recognizing the Contributions of Rosalie A. <br /> Frembling-Way, Personnel Relations Board, At Large. <br /> The City Clerk said Mrs. Frembling-Way was unable to attend the meeting <br /> and had requested that the matter be continued. <br /> B. Proclamation Declaring October DARE Awareness Month and October 22-29, <br /> 1995, Red Ribbon Week in San Leandro. <br /> Mayor Corbett thanked the Police Department for working hard to keep <br /> all of us safe. She said San Leandro has an outstanding Police <br /> Department. Police Chief Maginnis introduced Ron Barajas, Gene <br /> Cerelli , and Eric Boice of the Police Department. He said Officers <br /> Cerelli and Boice conduct the DARE program for 4,000 children, grades <br /> kindergarten through high school , at 17 schools. <br />
