MINUTES <br /> SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> - FEBRUARY 16, 1993 <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro met in regular session in the City <br /> Council Chamber of the City Hall on the above date at 8:00 p.m. , Mayor Karp <br /> presiding. <br /> 1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG <br /> 3. ROLL CALL <br /> PRESENT: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Kerr, Myers, Perry, Polvorosa; <br /> Mayor Karp <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> 4. PRESENTATIONS <br /> A. Recognition of San Leandro High School Students who provided the <br /> illustrations for the City's Audit Report: <br /> Karen Langel <br /> Brian Catlett <br /> Lisa Sanchez <br /> Scott Simpson <br /> Tom Thompson <br /> Carol Atwood, Assistant Finance Director, said illustrations for the <br /> City Audit Report had been solicited from students at San Leandro High <br /> School . She said the students were asked to submit pen-and-ink <br /> drawings representing what San Leandro means to them. <br /> Mayor Karp introduced the students' Art Instructor, Mr. Chilcoat, and <br /> presented each of the students with a $25 Wherehouse Gift Certificate. <br /> 5. PUBLIC COMMENTS Public Comments are limited to 3 minutes per person. <br /> None <br /> 6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> A. The minutes of the meeting of February 1 , 1993 were approved as <br /> submitted. <br />
