MINUTES <br /> SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> JANUARY 18, 1994 <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro met in Regular Session in the City <br /> Council Chambers of the City Hall on the above date at 8:00 p.m. , Mayor Faria <br /> presiding. <br /> 1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG <br /> 3. ROLL CALL <br /> PRESENT: Council Members Corbett, Kerr, Myers, Nahm, Perry, Polvorosa; <br /> Mayor Faria <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> 4. PRESENTATIONS <br /> None <br /> 5. PUBLIC COMMENTS Public Comments are limited to 3 minutes per person. <br /> A. Lou Filipovich, 15376 Laverne Drive, asked if the Roberts' Landing <br /> Initiative was applicable only to Roberts' Landing. He also asked to <br /> be furnished with information about the amount of tonnage hauled, the <br /> cost to the taxpayers, and how much the City received in relationship <br /> to the project accepting the Dredge Disposal Site Reconfiguration. <br /> B. Rick and Pam Richards, 335 Peralta Avenue, said money is still coming <br /> in from the Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk, and over $54,000 has <br /> been received, with outstanding pledges still to be paid. He said, <br /> over the last two years, the Walk has earned over $100,000 and has <br /> raised awareness of this disease. <br /> Mrs. Richards noted that the Association Newsletter contained a picture <br /> of her husband throwing out the opening ball at the A's game. She also <br /> noted that he had won the President's Award from Wells Fargo Bank. <br />• 6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> A. Minutes of the meeting of December 6, 1993. Approved as submitted. <br /> B. Minutes of the meeting of December 20, 1993. Approved as submitted. <br />
