MINUTES <br /> SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> AUGUST 1, 1994 <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro met in Regular Session in the City <br /> Council Chambers of the City Hall on the above date at 8:00 p.m. , Mayor Corbett <br /> presiding. <br /> 1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG <br /> 3. ROLL CALL <br /> PRESENT: Council Members Galvan, Kerr, Loeffler, Myers, Perry, Polvorosa; <br /> Mayor Corbett <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> 4. PRESENTATIONS <br /> None <br /> 5. PUBLIC COMMENTS Public Comments are limited to 5 minutes per person. <br /> A. Lou Filipovich, 15376 Laverne Drive, said the Minutes contained <br /> inconsistencies and ignored basic common rules. He said the recycling <br /> was a Public Hearing not a Town Hall Meeting. He commented regarding <br /> AB 939 and whether it was a mandate on parcels and the individual <br /> homeowners and said it is not mandated throughout all of Alameda <br /> County. <br /> 6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> A. The minutes of the meeting of July 18, 1994, were approved as amended. <br /> B. Resolution No. 94-134, Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications <br /> and Calling for Bids for Water Pollution Control Plant Headworks Odor <br /> Control Project, Project No. 593-8536 (provides for installation of air <br /> ventilating piping at the Influent Pumping Station - Headworks) . <br /> (2770) <br /> Introduced by Council Member Kerr, who moved its adoption, seconded by <br /> Council Member Perry, and carried by the following called vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members Galvan, Kerr, Loeffler, Myers, Perry, <br /> Polvorosa; Mayor Corbett ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br />
