MINUTES <br /> SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> JULY 20, 1992 <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro met in regular session in the City <br /> Council Chamber of the City Hall on the above date at 8:00 p.m. , Mayor Karp <br /> presiding. <br /> 1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG <br /> 3. ROLL CALL <br /> PRESENT: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Kerr, Myers, Perry, Polvorosa; <br /> Mayor Karp <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> 4. PRESENTATIONS <br /> None <br /> • <br /> 5. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> A. Ted Lasteri , Mission Bay Mobile Home Park resident, asked for a <br /> progress report on the mobile home rent-control ordinance. He said his <br /> park's rent-increase deadline is October 1st, and he is concerned that <br /> an ordinance won't be in place before that date. <br /> Steve Meyers, City Attorney, said a report had been sent to the City <br /> Council Mobile Home Rent Control Committee (Council Members Faria, <br /> Kerr, and Perry) today. He said after the Committee's review, a report <br /> will be presented to the City Council . <br /> 6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> A. The minutes of the meeting of July 6, 1992 were approved as submitted. <br /> B. Resolution Approving Amendment to Contractual Services Agreement with <br /> Environmental Science Associates Relating to Dredge Disposal Site <br /> Reconfiguration CEQA Document Preparation, Project No. 92-8667 <br /> (provides for additional services required in the preparation of the <br /> CEQA documents for the Dredge Disposal Site Reconfiguration project) . <br /> Removed from the Consent Calendar to New Business. <br />
