Letter from Robert G. Leigh, President, Washington Home Owners Association, <br /> opposing the addition of a drive-through, fast-food establishment at <br /> intersection of Washington Avenue and Lewelling Boulevard was noted and the <br /> City Clerk was directed to include the letter with the Public Hearing <br /> material when this matter comes before the City Council . <br /> RESOLUTIONS: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 90-1 (2323) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT <br /> KENNEDY/JENKS/CHILTON CONSULTING ENGINEERS <br /> #4 DIGESTER REHABILITATION <br /> Introduced by Council Member Santos who moved its adoption, seconded by Council <br /> Member Perry and carried by the following called vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members.
