San Leandro, California, September 24, 1990 <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro met in regular session in the City <br /> Council Chamber of the City Hall on the above date at 7:00 p.m. The meeting <br /> was opened with the pledge of allegiance to the flag of our country, Mayor Karp <br /> presiding. <br /> PRESENT: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; <br /> Mayor Karp <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> RESOLUTIONS <br /> The City Council asked questions regarding the unit cost of the trees, <br /> maintenance of the landscaping during the course of the contract, and the types <br /> of trees to be planted. <br /> The following Resolution was then introduced: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 90-207 (2664) <br /> RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT <br /> TO JOHN CLAY LANDSCAPE <br /> FOR EAST 14TH STREET AND MACARTHUR BOULEVARD <br /> TREE PLANTING AND SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT <br /> PROJECT NO. 90-4352 <br /> Introduced by Council Member Corbett who moved its adoption, seconded by Council <br /> Member Glaze and carried by the following called vote: <br />% <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 7:05 p.m. to the South Offices for a Work Session. <br /> APPROVED: <br /> 11°°!'r <br /> i v. <br /> D.
