IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 99 - 2 (2323) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT AMENDMENT <br /> WITH COLLABORATIVE DESIGN ARCHITECTS, INC., RELATING TO ADDITIONAL <br /> DESIGN SERVICES FOR LIBRARY RETROFIT/RENOVATION/EXPANSION PROJECT <br /> Recitals <br /> An agreement amendment between the City of San Leandro and Collaborative Design <br /> Architects, Inc., a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br /> The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> The City Manager has recommended the approval of said agreement amendment. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said agreement amendment is hereby approved and execution thereof by the City <br /> Manager is hereby authorized. <br /> Introduced by Council Member Gal van and passed and adopted this 4th day of <br /> January, 1999, by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Council Members Gal van, Glaze, Grant, Lothrop, Nardine; <br /> Mayor Young (_ 6 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: Council Member Loeffler (. 1 ) <br /> Attest: :, / i_! <br /> Gayle P: -rsen, City Clerk <br />
