IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 99 - 6 (1955) <br /> Contract was not <br /> submitted to the <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT State for execution; <br /> contract is null and <br /> CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF BOATING AND WATERWAYS void. <br /> A contract between the City of San Leandro and the State of California- <br /> Department of Boating and Waterways, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to <br /> this Council. <br /> The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> The City Manager has recommended the approval of said contract. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br /> RESOLVE as follows: <br /> That said contract is hereby approved and the City Manager, John J. Jermanis, is <br /> hereby authorized and directed to execute said contract.
