AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> This is an Amendment to that certain agreement entitled Standard Contractual Services <br /> Agreement dated May 1, 1997 by and between the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO,a municipal corporation <br /> ("City)"and Collaborative Design Architects,Inc., ("Contractor"). <br /> NOW,THEREFORE City and Contractor agree as follows: <br /> A. PREVIOUS AGREEMENT: That on May 1, 1997,City and Contractor entered into an <br /> agreement("Master Agreement")for the contractor to provide services to act as Architect of <br /> Record for Seismic Retrofit,Renovation, and Expansion of the San Leandro Community Library <br /> Center, inclusive of the main library and related plaza,parking area("Project"). City and <br /> Contractor are subject to all terms and conditions of said Master Agreement. <br /> B. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Additional work or changes in project scope requested by the City <br /> have required additional work by Contractor. Contractor shall provide these services as specified <br /> in Exhibit A(Amended). <br /> C. PAYMENT: As consideration for the additional services, City shall pay Contractor for the <br /> services pursuant to the conditions of the Master Agreement in the manner set forth in Exhibit <br /> B-1 (Amended). <br /> D.
