IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2015-009 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE <br /> SAN LEANDRO CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FOR$50,000 TO <br /> SUPPORT NEW AND ONGOING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and the San Leandro Chamber <br /> of Commerce, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That the agreement between the City and the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce for <br /> $50,000 to support new and ongoing economic development services is hereby approved and <br /> execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Lee and passed and adopted this 20th day of January, <br /> 2015, by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cox, Lee, Lopez, Prola, Reed, Thomas (6) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: Mayor Cutter (1) <br /> 1 <br /> ATTEST: 1k <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
