Recitals Chapter 5-3 of the San Leandro Municipal Code and the Underground Utility District Master Plan imposes an Underground Utility Conversion Fee ("UUCF") on new development of property to fund the conversion of overhead utilities to underground facilities. The Property Owner is the owner and developer of the property commonly known as 15420 Hesperian Boulevard, San Leandro, Assessor's Parcel Number 077- 0545-032-01 (hereafter the "Site"), and is required to pay the UUCF. The Property Owner has requested that payment of the UUCF be made pursuant to a mutually acceptable payment schedule. NOW, THEREFORE, City and Property Owner agree as follows: A. The UUCF Property Owner is obligated to pay is FIFTY SIX THOUSAND, FIFTY SIX DOLLARS AND FORTY SIX CENTS (S56.056.46). Said fee shall be paid in four (4) successive payments as set forth herein, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement. B.
