The UUCF Property Owner is obligated to pay is FIFTY SIX THOUSAND, <br /> FIFTY SIX DOLLARS AND FORTY SIX CENTS (S56.056.46). Said fee shall be paid in <br /> four (4) successive payments as set forth herein, except as otherwise provided in this <br /> Agreement. <br /> B. The UUCF shall be paid by Property Owner to the City within thirty (30) <br /> days of receipt of written notice from City demanding payment and in accordance with <br /> UUCF Payment Schedule Agreement Page 1 of 4 <br /> 15420 HESPERIAN BOULEVARD 2/19/2015 <br />
