IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2015-005 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-2-500 OF THE SAN LEANDRO <br /> MUNICIPAL CODE TO INCREASE THE BUSINESS LICENSE FEES BY THE <br /> ANNUAL CONSUMER PRICE INDEX (CPI) OF 2.8% <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as follows: <br /> Section 1.
