IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2016-016 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND <br /> THE SAN LEANDRO MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION (SLMO) <br /> FOR THE PERIOD JULY 1, 2015 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2020 <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement was reached between the negotiators for the City of San <br /> Leandro and the San Leandro Management Organization(SLMO); and <br /> WHEREAS, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), and Salary Schedules attached as <br /> Appendix A, between the City and the SLMO, for the period July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2020, <br /> has been presented to this City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. That said MOU and Salary Schedules are hereby approved; and <br /> 2. That the City Manager is authorized to execute said MOU and make non- <br /> substantive revisions subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and <br /> 3. That an original executed MOU shall be attached to and made a part of this <br /> resolution. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 16th day of February, <br /> 2016, by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cox, Lee, Lopez, Prola, Reed, Thomas; Mayor Cutter (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Tamika Greenwood, City Clerk <br />
