In working through the complex agreements, staff requested <br />continuances of the public hearing, first to April 4, 2016, and then to May 2, 2016. <br />Because the item is not ready for presentation to the City Council, staff recommends that the <br />City Council make a motion to continue the public hearing to the May 16, 2016 City Council <br />meeting. <br />Previous City Council Actions <br />·On March 21, 2016, by Minute Order No. 2016-009, the City Council continued the public <br />hearing to April 4, 2016. <br />·On April 4, 2016, by Minute Order No. 2016-012, the City Council continued the public <br />hearing to May 2, 2016. <br />PREPARED BY: Debbie Pollart, Public Works Director, Public Works Department <br />Page 1 City of San Leandro Printed on 4/26/2016
