IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2016-003 <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-2-500 OF THE SAN LEANDRO <br />MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE ANNUAL CONSUMER PRICE INDEX (CPI) <br />ADJUSTMENT OF THE BUSINESS LICENSE FEES <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as follows: <br />Section 1.
