IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2017-003 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION III OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO'S <br />COUNCILMEMBERS HANDBOOK TO ALLOW PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />BEFORE PRESENTATIONS <br />WHEREAS, Section III of the City of San Leandro Councilmembers Handbook ("the <br />Handbook) contains a section entitled, "City Council Meeting Agenda"; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend Section III of the Handbook to allow the <br />"Public Comment" section to precede the "Presentation" section. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows; <br />That Section III of the City of San Leandro Councilmembers Handbook is amended as <br />follows: <br />Order of Business <br />The following shall constitute the order of business to be followed in conducting regular <br />meetings of the Council: <br />Closed Sessions <br />Call to Order <br />Pledge of Allegiance <br />Roll Call <br />Announcements <br />Public Comments <br />Presentations/Recognitions <br />Public Hearings <br />City Manager/City Attorney Report and Comments <br />Amendment of Consent Calendar <br />Consent Calendar <br />Items Removed from Consent Calendar <br />Action Items <br />Report on Closed Session Actions Taken <br />City Council Reports and Announcements <br />City Council Scheduling of Agenda Items <br />Adjourn <br />
