(408) 279-2277, as a contractor, for a certain work of improvement: to wit SIEMPRE VERDE PARK, REHABILITATION PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 2015.0270. 2 That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows LIBERTY MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY. 3 The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the SIEMPRE VERDE PARK REHABILITATION PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 2015.0270, is that of public lands of the City of San Leandro designated as Assessor's Parcel Number 075-0224-008-01, commonly known as Siempre Verde Park, as well as ownership of improvements thereon. 4 That said work of improvement was accepted as complete by the City Council of the City of San Leandro on the 3RD day of JANUARY, 2017 by RESOLUTION No. 2017-002.
