IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 1 (1022 ) <br />RESOLUTION DELETING RESTRICTED PARKING <br />(HANDICAPPED PARKING) TITLE VI, CHAPTER ONE <br />OF THE SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />(HUTCHINGS DRIVE) <br />Pursuant to the Provisions of Section 6-1-500 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, the City <br />Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />Section 1. The following streets or portions of streets, or parking lots, or portions of <br />parking lots, are designated as, and restricted to, parking by vehicles which display a distinguishing <br />license plate or placard issued to disabled persons pursuant to the California Vehicle Code: <br />HUTCHINGS DRIVE, east side, beginning 360 feet south of North Boulevard and <br />extending 14 feet southerly. <br />Section 2. The provisions of Section 1 shall be added to Chapter 9, Section 920, of the <br />San Leandro Traffic Code. <br />Introduced by Council Member Gal van and passed and adopted this 5th day of <br />January, 1998, by the following called vote. <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Loeffler, Lothrop, Polvorosa, Young; <br />Mayor Corbett ( 7 ) <br />NOES: None ( 0 ) <br />ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br />Attest: p' -J <br />Gayle Pe rsen, City Clerk <br />
