IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98- 2 (1022) <br />RESOLUTION DELETING RESTRICTED PARKING <br />(TWO-HOUR PARKING, 9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M., SUNDAYS & HOLIDAYS EXCEPTED) <br />TITLE VI, CHAPTER ONE OF THE SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />(CHERRY STREET) <br />Pursuant to the Provisions of Section 6-1-500 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, the City <br />Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />Section 1. That the following street or portion of street is hereby deleted from Chapter 9, <br />Section 905 of the San Leandro Traffic Code: <br />CHERRY STREET, both east and west side of Cherry Street between Marina Boulevard <br />and Hudson Lane. <br />Introduced by Council Member Gal van and passed and adopted this 5th day of <br />January, 1998 by the following called vote. <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Loeffler, Lothrop, Polvorosa, Young; <br />Mayor Corbett ( 7 ) <br />NOES: None ( 0 ) <br />ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br />Attest: <br />yle Pe rsen, City Clerk <br />
