IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 14 (1022 ) <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING RESTRICTED PARKING <br />(HANDICAPPED PARKING) TITLE VI, CHAPTER ONE <br />OF THE SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />(140TH AVENUE) <br />Pursuant to the Provisions of Section 6-1-500 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, the City <br />Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />Section 1. The following streets or portions of streets, or parking lots, or portions of <br />parking lots, are designated as, and restricted to, parking by vehicles which display a distinguishing <br />license plate or placard issued to disabled persons pursuant to the California Vehicle Code: <br />STREET NAME, 140th Avenue, south side, between E. 14th Street and Bancroft Avenue. <br />Section 2.
