IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98 -18 (1177 ) <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTIONS 1 AND 2 AND DELETING APPENDIX "A" <br />OF THE PAY PLAN <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That the current City of San Leandro Pay Plan is hereby amended to reflect the terms and <br />conditions of the Memoranda of Understanding between the City and the San Leandro Police <br />Officers' Association for the period March 1, 1998 through February 28, 2001, all of which are as <br />set forth in those pages of the Pay Plan which are attached hereto and made a part thereof by this <br />reference.
