IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> s <br /> }r, <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85 - 258 . (2503) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PORTOFINO DEVELOPMENT ANNEXATION NO. 85-1 <br /> Recitals <br /> M; <br /> 1 . The San Leandro City Council has initiated the annexation <br /> reorganization of certain inhabited territory designated as <br /> ortofino Development Annexation No. 85-1" by filing with the Local <br /> ency Formation Commission (LAFCO) a resolution therefore; <br /> 2. LAFCO has at the times, in the form, and in the manner <br /> civided by law, considered the petition of the City; and <br /> 3. LAFCO has approved the petition subject to the terms and <br /> editions and has authorized the City to proceed with the annexation <br /> Z,:LAFCO, to wit: <br /> (a) That the engineer 's map be corrected as specified by <br /> e Public Works Director ex officio County Surveyor. <br /> (b) That the area to be annexed to San Leandro be detached <br /> 'om Hayward Area Recreation District, the Alameda County Service Area <br /> Street Lighting} , the Alameda County Library Special District and <br /> den Consolidated Fire District. <br /> 5. Notice of the public hearing was duly given in accordance <br /> th law; and <br /> 6. This Council held a public hearing at 8: 15 p.m. , November 4, <br /> -985, in the City Council Chambers, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, <br /> Alifornia 94577, to consider testimony concerning the proposed <br /> nnexation and reorganization; and <br /> f" <br />
