IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO ORDINANCE NO. 2019-006 ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-2-500 OF THE SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE ANNUAL CONSUMER PRICE INDEX (CPI) ADJUSTMENT OF THE BUSINESS LICENSE TAX (ENACTS THE LEGALLY PERMITTED INCREASE TO THE BUSINESS LICENSE TAX BY THE CPI, WHICH IS 3.87%) The City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as follows: Section 1.
