(510) 537-1077, as contractor, fora certain work of improvement to wit: CURB RAMP UPGRADES 2018-19, PROJECT NO.: 2019.0070. 2 That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows WESTERN SURETY COMPANY, 8880 CAL CENTER DRIVE, #410, SACRAMENTO, CA 95826; PHONE NO.: (209) 772-2110. 3 The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the CURB RAMP UPGRADES 2018-19, PROJECT NO.: 2019.0070, project is that of publice improvements made to public right-of-way designated as portions of various streets in San Leandro, CA, as ownership of improvements thereon. 4 That said work of improvement was accepted as complete by the City Council of the City of San Leandro on the 15 day of JUNE, 2020 by RESOLUTION No. 2020-059.
