IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000 - 6. <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SAN LEANDRO REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO APPROVING THE <br />DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />CREEKSIDE ASSOCIATES, LLC, AND THE SAN LEANDRO <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />FOR THE PROPERTY AT 960 SAN LEANDRO BOULEVARD <br />(APN 75-36-52) <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San <br />Leandro ("Agency") a disposition and development agreement ("Agreement") by and between <br />Creekside Associates, LLC ("Creekside") and the Agency relating to the Plaza 2 Redevelopment <br />Project (Project); <br />WHEREAS, the Agreement provides for the disposition by the Agency to Creekside of <br />the property at 960 San Leandro Boulevard (the "Property') for a purchase price of Two Million <br />Two Hundred Sixty -Five Thousand One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($2,265,120) (the "Purchase <br />Price") and additional consideration under the terms of the Agreement; <br />WHEREAS, the Agreement provides for the development of two high -quality office <br />buildings with an improved plaza area, creekside improvements, and maintenance <br />responsibilities, all in accordance with specifications and as more particularly described in the <br />Agreement; <br />WHEREAS, the Agency has reviewed a report prepared by Keyser Marston Associates, <br />Incorporated, which report evaluates the fair value of the Property given the restrictions, <br />conditions and covenants of the Agreement; <br />WHEREAS, all environmental review for this Agreement has been carried out and <br />obtained; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of San Leandro has made a finding at <br />its November 10, 1999, meeting that the disposition of property provided by the Agreement is <br />consistent with the City's General Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro finds, <br />determines, and approves as follows: <br />g:\debbie\2000\creekside\resolution approving dda doc <br />
