IN THE HILLSIDE GEOLOGIC HAZARD ABATEMENT DISTRICT <br />OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.2003-001 GHAD (2839) <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SAN LEANDRO HILLSIDE GEOLOGIC HAZARD ABATEMENT <br />DISTRICT APPROVING THE ANNUAL REPORT OF THE SAN LEANDRO HILLSIDE <br />GEOLOGIC HAZARD ABATEMENT DISTRICT (GHAD) FOR FISCAL YEAR 2002-03 <br />WHEREAS, on November 20, 2000, the City Council of the City of San Leandro <br />adopted Resolution No. 2000-172, approving the formation of a geologic hazard abatement <br />district for the San Leandro Hillside area ("the San Leandro Hillside Geologic Abatement <br />District" or "District") and appointing itself to act as the Board of Directors ("the Board"); and <br />WHEREAS, the District Engineer has prepared and filed with the Clerk of the District <br />and the Clerk of the District has presented to the Board an end -of -year Report for Fiscal Year <br />2002-03 (hereafter referred to as the "Report"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Board has carefully examined and reviewed the Report as presented, and <br />is satisfied with each and all of the items and documents as set forth therein; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of the District does resolve as follows: <br />The Board of the District hereby approves the Report for Fiscal Year 2002-03. <br />Introduced by Board Member Glaze and passed and adopted on this 215t day of July <br />2003, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Board: <br />AYES: Board Members Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; Chair Young (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None <br />Attest. <br />Marian Handa, Clerk of the District <br />(0) <br />
