The City Council voted to form City Council Ad <br />Hoc Committee on Council Procedures and Relations, <br />consisting of Mayor Corbett and Council Members Perry and <br />Vice Mayor Kerr, and City Council Ad Hoc Committee to Review <br />Composition and Minutes of Council Committees, consisting of <br />Mayor Corbett and Council Members Myers and Galvan. <br />"Mobilehome Fairness and Rental Assistance Initiative," <br />Matter of. The City Council voted to oppose "Initiative <br />96- 2 01-16-96 1123 <br />199, Limits on Mobilehome Rent Control, Low -Income Rental <br />Assistance Initiative." The Council expressed concern that <br />the Initiative would limit local governments' authority to <br />regulate mobilehome rent and other issues. <br />EBDA/LAVWMA; Matter of East Bay Dischargers Authority Offer <br />to Livermore Amador Valley Water Management Agency Regarding <br />None 01-16-96 1156/ <br />Sewer Capacity. The City Council appointed Council Member <br />1221 <br />Perry to act as the "Interim City Representative" to the <br />East Bay Dischargers Authority and attend the January 25, <br />1996 meeting. <br />EBDA/LAVWMA; Matter of East Bay Dischargers Authority Offer <br />to Livermore Amador Valley Water Management Agency Regarding <br />96- 3 01-16-96 1221 <br />Sewer Capacity. The City Council directed Council Member <br />Perry to vote in favor of the terms and conditions of the <br />East Bay Dischargers Authority offer to the Livermore-Amador <br />Valley Water Management Agency, with the condition that she <br />abstain if the proposal is changed, and to report back to <br />the City Council. <br />Matter of A-95-7; Reclassification; to Rezone from IL <br />Limited Industrial District to IL (PD) Limited Industrial <br />96- 4 01-16-96 1099/ <br />Planned Development District; and PD-95-3; Planned <br />1009 <br />Development; Reuse of Industrial Property for Church Use; <br />Convert the Former Plumber's Union Site and Buildings Into <br />Church Sanctuary, Classrooms, Administrative Offices and <br />Printing Facilities for Church Related Publications; 2960 <br />Merced Street; Assessor's Parcel Number 77B-855-12-1; <br />Berkland Baptist Church c/o Lincoln Property Company; IL <br />Limited Industrial District. The City Council approved A- <br />95-7 and PD-95-3. <br />
