IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 1 (2780 ) <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK <br />FOR INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS AT MERCED STREET AND FAIRWAY <br />DRIVE, PROJECT NO. 94-120-8360 <br />Recitals <br />Pursuant to a contract between the City and GOLDEN BAY CONSTRUCTION, INC. <br />dated April 3, 1995, INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS AT MERCED STREET/FAIRWAY <br />DRIVE, Project No. 94-120-8360, has been completed. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor <br />and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br />recommends that said work be accepted. <br />follows: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />1. That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the City Clerk be and is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on <br />said project. <br />3. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br />are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br />Introduced by Council Member Kerr and passed and adopted this 16th day of <br />January, 1996, by the following called vote: <br />
