IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEA DRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 41 <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING NO PARKING <br />TITLE VI, CHAPTER ONE OF THE <br />SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />(WILLIAMS STREET) <br />(1022) <br />Pursuant to the Provisions of Section 6-1-500 of the San Leandro Municipal Code. <br />the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />Section 1. There shall be no parking on streets or parts of streets designated as <br />follows: <br />WILLIAMS STREET, south side, between Doolittle Drive and Nome Street, <br />except for: (Passenger Loading Zone) Williams Street, southwesterly side between a <br />point 155 feet southwest of Doolittle Drive and a point 100 feet southwesterly. <br />Section 2. The provisions of Section 1 shall be added to Chapter 9, Section 900 of <br />the San Leandro Traffic Code. <br />Introduced by Council Member Kerr and passed and adopted this 1st day <br />of April, 1996, by the following called vote. <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Galvan, Kerr, Myers, Perry, Polvorosa; <br />Mayor Corbett ( 6 ) <br />NOES: None ( 0 ) <br />ABSENT: Co ncil Member Loeffler ( 1 ) <br />Attest: <br />ALICE CAI-VERT, City Clerk <br />
