IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 66 (2747 ) <br />RESOLUTION OF FINAL ACCEPTANCE <br />AND RELEASE OF MAINTENANCE SECURITY FOR THE <br />SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT WORK FOR TRACT 6632, <br />TULIP LANE AND IRIS COURT <br />Recitals <br />The City of San Leandro, did on the 1st day of May, 1995, by Resolution No. 95-56, <br />accept certain improvements constructed pursuant to a Subdivision Improvement Agreement between <br />the City of San Leandro and PREDA STREET DEVELOPERS, L.P., (Subdivider), dated MARCH 7, <br />1994, and the warranty period was effected, subject to certain conditions and subject to the <br />maintenance in force of a security to insure the performance of said conditions; and <br />follows: <br />The specified time has elapsed and said conditions have been complied with. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />1. That the work hereinbefore described is hereby finally accepted. <br />2.
