IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96- 71 (1207 ) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1996-97 FIVE-YEAR PROJECT LIST <br />FOR UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT CONVERSION PROJECTS <br />Recitals <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro did, on April 20, 1992, amend the <br />Underground Utility District Master Plan. Said Plan calls for Conversion Districts to be <br />evaluated on a yearly basis to determine which Districts should be undertaken within the <br />next five years. <br />This Council has reviewed and considered a Five -Year Project List for <br />Underground Utility Conversion Projects. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That the following Underground Utility Conversion Projects are hereby designated <br />as the 1996-97 Five -Year Project List Underground Utility Conversion Projects: <br />1. Fairway Drive - Doolittle Drive to Neptune Drive <br />2.
