IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 96- 96 (1051/1934) RESOLUTION AMENDING TITLE 6, CHAPTER 5 OF THE SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE RELATING TO REFUSE AND RECYCLING FEES The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: Following notice and hearing as may be required by law, that Title 6, Chapter 5 of the San Leandro Administrative Code is hereby amended to read as follows: § 6.5.100 REFUSE FEE SCHEDULE 1. For each container not exceed 32 gallon capacity: A. For regular service consisting of one pickup per week: Ten and 10/100 Dollars ($10.10) $10.40 for each calendar month or portion there of for the first 32 gallon container. Ten and 10/100 Dollars ($10.10) $10.40 for each calendar month or portion thereof for each additional 32 gallon container. Seven and 10/100 Dollars ($710)"each calendar month for mini -cans not exceeding 20 gallon capacity. B. For special service: Two and 40/100 Dollars ($2.40) per container during regular service trip, and $10.10 $10.40 for the first 32 gallon container and $7.10 ". for the first mini -can for a special service trip, $2.40 for each additional container. C. For excessive distance, where access to the containers is over 150 feet from a public street, there shall be an added charge for regular service of $4.50 for the first container and $4.50 for each additional container. 2. For each bulk container: A. For regular service consisting of one or more pickups per week: i) Monday through Friday (excluding City holidays): $10.13 per cubic yard capacity per pickup. ii) Saturdays: $14.75 per cubic yard capacity per pickup.
