r �r <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 1 <br />(2786) <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR DRAINAGE BASIN 1 - SANITARY SEWER <br />CLEANING, TELEVISION INSPECTION, AND SMOKE TESTING <br />PROJECT NO. 95-593-8554. <br />Recitals <br />Pursuant to a contract between the City and Gelco Services, Inc. (Contractor) dated July 17, <br />1995, Drainage Basin 1 - Sanitary Sewer Cleaning, Television Inspection, and Smoke Testing, <br />Project No. 95-593-8554, has been completed. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor and <br />to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore recommends <br />that said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the City Clerk be and is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br />project. <br />3. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions are <br />hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br />4. That upon completion, to the satisfaction of the Engineering and <br />Transportation Director, of the one-year Maintenance Period established pursuant to said <br />contract, the City Manager is hereby authorized to release the bond heretofore given for <br />maintenance of the work hereinbefore described. <br />
