IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 21 (1022 ) <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING PLACEMENT OF STOP SIGNS (INTERSECTIONS) <br />TITLE VI, CHAPTER ONE OF THE SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />(NOME STREET) <br />Pursuant to the Provisions of Section 6-1-215 of the San Leandro Municipal <br />Code, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />Section 1. That the following intersections are designated for placement of a stop <br />sign pursuant to San Leandro Municipal Code Section 6-1-215: <br />NOME STREET AT SITKA STREET, for northbound and southbound traffic. <br />Section 2. The provisions of Section 1 shall be added to Chapter 5, Section 500 <br />of the San Leandro Traffic Code. <br />Introduced by Council Member Lothrop and passed and adopted this 3rd <br />day of March, 1997, by the following called vote. <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES <br />NOES <br />Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Loeffler, Lothrop, Polvorosa, Young; <br />Mayor Corbett ( 7 ) <br />None <br />ABSENT: None <br />Attest: ' <br />cquel n L.
