IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 41 (1219/ 1250 ) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO.35 <br />TO THE MASTER AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL -AID PROJECTS - AGREEMENT <br />PROVIDING LOCAL MATCH TO FEDERAL FUNDS, FEDERAL -AID PROJECT NO. <br />STPLR-5041 (009) <br />Recitals <br />Program Supplement No. 35 to be incorporated into that Master Agreement for Federal - <br />Aid Projects entered into between the City of San Leandro and the State of California on January <br />3, 1978, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the execution of said Program Supplement No. 35. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said Program Supplement No..' 5 is hereby approved and the City Manager or his <br />authorized representative is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the <br />City. <br />Introduced by Council Member Po 1 vorosa and passed and adopted this <br />21 st day of April. 1997, by the following called vote <br />VP <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Loeffler, Lothrop, Polvorosa, Young; <br />Mayor Corbett (7) <br />NOES: None (0 ) <br />ABSENT: None (0 ) <br />ATTEST: <br />JAC 0 EL L.
