IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 71 (2730 ) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK <br />GRANT (CDBG) SMALL BUSINESS LOAN AND REGULATORY AGREEMENT <br />(Ruby Sung - Hidden Wok Chinese Restaurant) <br />An Agreement including subparts pertaining Promissory Note, Personal Security Agreement, <br />CDBG Employment Agreement, and Regulatory Agreement between the City of San Leandro and <br />Ruby Sung, Hidden Wok Chinese Restaurant, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to <br />this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized to <br />execute the same on behalf of the City of San Leandro. <br />Introduced by Council Member Po l vorosa and passed and adopted this <br />16th day of June, 1997, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council.
