IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97- 86 (2323) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />WITH ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE ASSOCIATES <br />FOR AN ENVIRONMENTAL HVIPACT REPORT <br />FOR BOULDERS RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and Environmental Science <br />Associates, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof by the City <br />Manager is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Council Member Polvorosa and passed <br />and adopted this 30th day of June, 1997, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Loeffler, Lothrop, Polvorosa, Young; <br />Mayor Corbett ( 7 ) <br />NOES: None ( p <br />ABSENT None ( p ) <br />Attest: <br />A�J I All A -4 <br />y e P rsen, City Clerk <br />GAKATHYWOULDERS\EMUS <br />
